Boats leave the dock with a full tank of fuel, and guests are responsible for the fuel used during their trip at check-out.
Key Features
Home on the Water
- The main salon features the helm, large living room with flat screen TV, dining table with bench seating and 2 chairs, plus well equipped galley.
- The boat has four private bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, two lower bedrooms with queen size beds and one mid-bedroom with full size bed. Add the full sleeper sofa in the main salon and this boat comfortably sleeps ten people.
- The boat has one full bath with shower and one half bath. This boat is equipped with central air and heat.
- The large front deck features a ceiling fan, propane gas grill, ice chest, table and four chairs.
- The large back deck has plenty of space for stowing kayaks and water toys. Stairs are located on the front and back decks for easy access to the top deck.
- There is a flybridge on the top deck so the boat can be driven from inside the boat or from up top. The top deck also has loungers for sunbathing. A canopy top provides partial coverage for those who prefer shade.
- As of 8/17/2021, this boat no longer includes a water slide. There’s plenty of space for board games, laughs, and making memories.

- Check-in & Training - Guests receive an inside orientation and a on the water lesson at check-in: driving, docking, navigation, maps, safety — everything you need to feel confident. 🕚 Check-in is always at 1 PM and check-out at 4 PM. Guest who arrive late may have to receive their orientation the following day.
- Cruise the St. Johns River (or Stay Docked!) - Explore up to 50 miles of the St. Johns River, anchor at sandbars, or spend your getaway right at our peaceful marina. Our marina is just outside downtown DeLand — check out their weekly Friday night market!
- Towing Policy - Behind your houseboat, you can tow anything 18ft or under. We recommend adding on a small fishing boat or kayak so you can explore more of the St. Johns River and visit places like Blue Spring State Park, restaurants, and more. Bring your own small boat or rent one from us!
- Roomy Comfort for Six - Accommodates up to ten guests with two private bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeper sofa.

Common Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations: If you must cancel your reservation, notify us at least 30 days before your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded less a $300.00 cancellation fee. Guests who cancel within 30 days of arrival receive no refund. If you must reschedule your reservation, there is a $300.00 reschedule fee if the original arrival date is less than 30 days in advance of notification. There will be no reschedules allowed within 7 days of arrival date.
What is the check-in process?

What should I bring?
We recommend bringing: valid id. All required safety equipment is provided.
How do refunds work?
Refunds will be processed in 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
What if the rental is damaged?
Our houseboat rentals and pontoon rentals DO NOT have damage coverage. You can purchase damage coverage at check-in if you'd like.
Are there age requirements?
The main operator is at least 25 years of age with a valid government issued photo ID.
Do I need a license or certification?
Anyone operating this vessel who was born on or after January 1, 1988 must provide proof of a Boating Safety Certification. The BoatUS Foundation offers the only FREE online boating safety course developed specifically for your state. Course information can be found online at: https://courses.boatus.org/
What happens if there's bad weather?
We monitor the weather daily. We do not reschedule or cancel for inclement weather. No one is allowed to leave the docks if the wind is more than 20mph. If there is a hurricane approaching, we will reschedule your reservation.
Where do I park?
Free parking for boat rental customers. Boat ramp on site. Security cameras on property.
What about insurance?
All rentals include basic 3rd party liability coverage. You can purchase more coverage at check-in if you'd like to.
