What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations: If you must cancel your reservation, notify us at least 30 days before your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded less a $300.00 cancellation fee. Guests who cancel within 30 days of arrival receive no refund. If you must reschedule your reservation, there is a $300.00 reschedule fee if the original arrival date is less than 30 days in advance of notification. There will be no reschedules allowed within 7 days of arrival date.

What is the check-in process?

Check-in: 1pm

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing: valid id. All required safety equipment is provided.

How do refunds work?

Refunds will be processed in 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

What if the rental is damaged?

Our houseboat rentals and pontoon rentals DO NOT have damage coverage. You can purchase damage coverage at check-in if you'd like.

Are there age requirements?

The main operator is at least 25 years of age with a valid government issued photo ID.

Do I need a license or certification?

Anyone operating this vessel who was born on or after January 1, 1988 must provide proof of a Boating Safety Certification. The BoatUS Foundation offers the only FREE online boating safety course developed specifically for your state. Course information can be found online at: https://courses.boatus.org/

What happens if there's bad weather?

We monitor the weather daily. We do not reschedule or cancel for inclement weather. No one is allowed to leave the docks if the wind is more than 20mph. If there is a hurricane approaching, we will reschedule your reservation.

Where do I park?

Free parking for boat rental customers. Boat ramp on site. Security cameras on property.

What about insurance?

All rentals include basic 3rd party liability coverage. You can purchase more coverage at check-in if you'd like to.
